GAZEROCK LOVE! ^.^

I'm starting off my first "main" post with...The GazettE (fans will recognize this because of Gazerock, I was definitely not going to title it Gazeservice mainly because [while I find it funny] that's not how I roll) ^__^

Well, anyways - recently I've been super in to the GazettE (I've been a fan for quite some time now, but I sometimes get really in to my music-lol)
I love how pretty much all of their CDs have that little PARENTAL ADVISORY: EXPLICIT CONTENT lable on them (tee-hee)...I think it's mainly for the English swear words, because I really don't find anything else to be "bad/wrong" with them :)
I just hate how they have some great/decent songs, & then my friends look up the ones with the swearing & question my sanity (ha-ha!). "In the Middle of Chaos" is a great song, cut out the MF & it's a great song with decent lyrics. I like their hard-rock type music style, their sets are challenging to play (I play guitar, & a little bass, my drum skills are way too lacking to attemt any GazettE songs). [I especially love "Guren" & "Cassis", they're beautiful songs, with good lyrics too]
 So, sometimes they look super weird, & Ruki likes to lick things (namely his microphone, Uruha's guitar, & his gloves..) Yeah that is a bit weird...
Ha-ha, moving on...
  If you're looking for some hard core sound & a lot of head-banding, The GazettE is most definitely a band you should check out. Perhaps start with just listening, move to a live, then you can handle their strange PVs (music videos). Some are really, really weird, & confuse me greatly (lol)
Here's some notes & pics:

Intro~

Welcome to ViSUAL KEi REV♥LUTi♥N ^.^

Personally, I L♥VE the Visual Kei genere, but of course I like other kinds of music (not just Asian) ♥♪

I know this is called "Visual Kei Revolution"; however, I will not be solely talking about Visual Kei bands. Other generes will be mentioned. ^.^ Visual Kei is mostly connected to J-Rock bands [while if you look on Spirit of Metal.com you'll see various European bands that go with the Visual Kei style] - that being said, I would like to mention now that I am a big K-Pop fan as well (mainly SHINee & TVQX though-lol) ♥
Pretty much I just love music engeneral so I would like to talk about as great a variety as any one who reads this can tollerate ^_*
 My main focus will be on Japanese & Korean bands (all kinds) & maybe some European bands. If someone suggests American/Canadian bands up for discussion I'll gladly speak of them, but only then. (Since this IS supposed to be mainly centering on Visual Kei)

Visual Kei is viewed as a bit of a modern spin-off of Glam Rock of the 60's-80's (?)...Quite frankly, my views on it are as follows: awesome people expressing themselves &/or just having fun doing what they love; or just dressing crazily to attract fans (while being awesome & making lovely music-lol) ♥.♥
That's how I view the subject.

For now here's a quick list of some of my favorite Asian bands:

DELUHI (formerly known as GRAVE SEED) [Visual Kei/J-Rock] {look up HYBRID TRUTH}
Matenrou Opera [Visual Kei/J-Rock] {look up ANOMIE or Murder Scope}
SHINee [K-Pop/Dance] {look up Lucifer or Ring Ding Dong}
LM.C [J-Rock/J-Pop/Visual Kei] {look up PUNKY♥HEART or OH MY JULIET}
Versailles (also known as Versailles~Philharmonic Quintet~) [Visual Kei/J-Rock/Symphonic Metal] {look up Ascendead Master or Serenade}
ViViD [Visual Kei/J-Rock] {look up DEAR or PRECIOUS}
Lynch. [Visual Kei/J-Rock/J-Metal] {look up Melt or MARROW}
